Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Note: Our products are made through additive manufacturing. We cover defects, but they must be reported upon opening the package. Customer service will evaluate each case individually.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • If an item is damaged due to end-user error (e.g., poor installation or mishandling), we may refer you to our no-return policy on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
For the quickest way to get the item you want, return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
